2. Hi. I find the whole section
Hi.
I find the whole section of "showing the avatar" very confusing, it does not explain things to the full and I really cant guess what to do here...
for one, "add a panel pane display" i cant chose this display. I have only the following options:
Attachment
Block
Content pane
datobrowser
feed
node
what should I choose then? and why cant i choose what the book says?
2. "filter on the "profile" node type, and "node is published" <-- I have no idea what to do here.
The next step "display 1 item only" i cant figure that out either...
Is it possible to get this whole section of showing the avatar in a more detailed version? or is this book meant for ppl that already know all about views? should I find tutorials for that before I work with this book?

1. When configuring the View,
When configuring the View, click the + item under fields. Find content: field Avatar and add it. This will bring you to the configuration of the field. At the bottom, there will be a display setting. Click the down arrow and choose “Thickbox: Thumb Imageâ€. You must have the thickbox module installed and used the imachecache module to configure a thumb image like in the book. Let me know if this clears things up any for you.
