Accidentally deleted PHP Input format

Question: 

I enabled the input format to enter php code as per ebook..
While testing the site (comment form), i found the php input format was available.
Without checking properly, i went to /admin/settings/filters and delete away PHP code input format.
Now all the code i entered are appearing as text, all over my site.
I try add the input format back by using "add input format", but it doesnt help...

Anyone can kindly help? Thanks...

looks like you have to re-add the optional core php module.

Or delete the current module from /modules/ and re-add it.
