Adding stuff to panels: duplicate

Question: 

"On the content profile page admn/panels/panel-page we can simply add the Node Id Comments and Node ID Comment form. However this is what my http://www.ifoundu.us/admin/paneles/panael-page looks like and I do not see this here. Can you direct me in the right direction please.
