One of the last hurdles we are having is we want to implement search functionality based on age range since it is a must in a dating website. When users are registering they are providing us with DOB but the issue we are having is in a search function itself. We’ve tried to use Taxonomy/Views combination where users could use drop down boxes to pick desired age range i.e. “ages from 24 to 29” or “21 to 25” and so on. But for some reason the search we’ve created isn’t able to pull that.

There is Drupal based dating site www.notforplayers.com that was able to create age range search function it’s just we can’t figure out how they’ve done it.
