All users have admin avatar

Hello, Dorien!
Finally I've brought your book SE, and trying to create some social network. I've did what you wrote in Ch. 4.2.3 and 4.3 about avatar, but encountered a problem: all user pages (e.g. node/1, node/2, node/3, etc) displays admin avatar, not their own. Please help me ^_^ I can add additional info if it is needed.

Check your pane settings,

7. Add an argument: “Node ID”. Use the empty text if the
argument is not present or validated.
8. Pane setting: “Argument input from first panel argument”
(the argument in the URL will determine which profile to
view)
