Avatar shows same photo for all users. How fix?

Drupal 6.13, Panels 6.x-3.0-rc1. The problem is that avatar view shows same photo for all user in profile view. I.e., each user on his profile views photo of first user. How can I fix that?

Does this work in the view preview? If not, the view is not taking the argument.

Otherwise, you'll need to make sure you have the 'send arguments' option on in the panel
