The instruction in the Ultimate Guide on pages 30 and 45 say to select the image as a type. I don't have "image" listed as a type even though I have the image field module selected. However, I can select "file" and then the image as a widget type. Does this really matter and does the ultimate guide's instructions have to be revised?

Note, I also check my modules against the list of modules listed as part of the software oackdage was just made available recently.
