When I created my userid for this site, I had to type a CAPTCHA, but because I made a mistake elsewhere on the form, the page reloaded, and still asked me to type in the CAPTCHA but did not display one!! In the end, the only solution was to throw away everything I had entered in all the other fields and start again.

Is this a bug with the CAPTCHA thing? Which module and version is being used? Should this be reported?
