Creating two different blog content types and allow each to be accessed by all employees

Hi,

I have created a blog content type.

I created a manager role and engineer role.

Then I created a two views – Engineer Blog and Manager Blog.

How can I see that manager role can comment on the engineer blog and engineer can comment on the manager blog ?
