I'm stuck on 4.3.1, item # 6. I am using Panels 2 after reading a previous thread here on the site.

I was able to add the panel page (although in the list of enabled modules panel pages is not turned on), choose the Two Column Stacked layout, name the panel "profile", set the path to "note/%" (after turning on the path modules), I'm not sure what the advanced settings are so I guess I left them alone, but...

Where do I define the context by adding the argument "node ID"? and select the content type Profile?
