Drupal Error Message

Question: 

Been installing the modules to follow along with this book and have gotten this error:

"Domain access failed to load during phase: -1. Please check your settings.php file and site configuration."

Now I'm not sure what i need to do to correct it.

Make sure you can connect to your database. Chech your setting.php file to see if the correct user and password is present.

I guess it's most probably a temporary server-downtime.

2. Increase Memory

I think you need to increase your memory limit or run update.php when i updated some modules which are listed in the book my drupal was also not supporting but when i increased the memory limit it started working fine
