Drupal Fun Template

Question: 

I am new to drupal and would like to use the Drupal Fun download as a template for my SN site. I would like to see the unmodified version of the download. Is there anywhere to see that? I noticed on my profile, there are a lot of things I would like to change. Is this how it comes or was this modified from it original version?
