Can somebody help me with the section 4.3.1

It's not clear because panel has not the same url as shown on the e-book. Can you tell me the correct steps?

can you please specify where are you facing the issues? have you installed all the required modules until that step?

The 4.3.1 steps are very clear.. if you specify where are you facing problem, it would be much easier to figure out the issue that way...

Thank you, but I solved the problem by buying the second edition of the e-book. That problem was the same I found for many other drupallers.
