Exact versions of modules used in drupalfun.com
As there are several versions of modules out there, I thought it would be very helpful if you can post the exact version of modules you used to create drupalfun.com
Also, for those of you who completed the book with no problems, please post the exact versions of modules you used as well.
Thanks, as this would be greatly appreciated.

That's the same thing I thought. But I already ran into one problem where Dorien used an earlier version of the same module that I used that produced completely different results than what was written in the book.
It resulted in many hours of frustration, trying to figure out that it was the difference in versions that caused the problem.

I'll see what I can do.
The site was using the latest versions of all modules end january, so there could not be very big changes.
Only Panels, you should probably stick to version 2 (which is recommended)

1. just my two cents
Although Dorien is the right person for this answer, here is my opinion. I don't really think it matters. As long as you have the module for 6.x it shouldn't cause any issues. From all the modules I downloaded , usually it shows a stable release to use and one with CVS (nightly builds) that is for developers and testers. Even if the module is installed during versioning x.xx , when a newer version kicks in,drupal informs you that updates are available. It happened few times during this week and I installed the newer ones so even if someone completed the whole book , during that period surely she/he updated some modules. I don't think you can go wrong with newer versions of modules explained in this book. But what do I know!
