Hello I'm having a problem with automatic alias not been granted to new registered users, I then have to loggin as the admin to manually configure there alias so they can access there profiles. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change in order for my newly registered users on my site can get an automatic alias? I've made sure pathauto is installed and configured, one thing I noticed is that when I manually add the alias to each user's profile the Automatic alias radio button is check but no alias is shown so then I have to uncheck and manually enter the users profile alias, I'm stumped as to why it's not giving the automatic alias to new registered users.

any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
