Loading Modules

Hi

We loaded and unpacked all the modules. We proceeded to then load al the modules except the extra Core Modules and the Organic Access Modules.

Having loaded all the modules and proceeded to the extra core modules and then organic access modules found the whole thing fell apart and had to reinstall 6.9 all over again.
The first time we tried the core modules first.

We will be attmepting this for a third time now. As for the panels, It would appear that the panels rely on Imagecache as do so many things and this is in beta so I believe there is little hope that I will ever get the panels to work till a new verison of Imagecache is released.

Anyone who has had success reading and implementing a community site with Drupal all I can say is AMAZING I think I will now try WordPress.

Sad and Disappointed in 6.9

Try to only load the modules you need one at a time, you do not need to put everything on at the same time. As for panels, as I mentionned in another post, your server has a known issue with panels, that's the only reason I think your panels don't work. I can only refer you to the issue cue at Drupal, http://drupal.org/node/353577
