May I suggest a screencast

I have questions, but right now I just want to make a suggestion. Perhaps Dorien you could make a screencast of the book? A sort of companion volume, that is just a screencast of all the steps you take to create the site.

You could sell it along with the book. In the same price range as the book I would definitely buy it as well.

Maybe you could break it down into sections.
1. the profile
2. the photo gallery
3. the picture page
etc..

Besides if the screencast accompanied the book it would not have to do any more than show what was being described in the book. It could thus be short and to the point. The Drupal vidcasts I have seen online are long because they try to explain concepts as well as demonstrate them. I learn concepts better from reading, but I learn to do, by seeing how its done.

I think this would really enhance the book. I really could not recommend the book to a newbie now. Its really for intermediate Drupalers. With a screencast it would be suitable for noobs.
