Page 90 Creating a Panel for Questions

Question: 

Sort of confusing here. I went to the context for the profile panel page and added questions so now I have a Node ID 1 Questions. Is this what you meant or should I have created a brand new panel page for questions just like we did in the profile panels.

If the Node ID 1 Questions if fine, How do I display that on the page?
