I've been over this section 3-4 times and still having trouble getting my profile to appear correctly.

The whole passage is confusing to me.

Where exactly do I need to go to insert these code snippets?

Also, where do I insert the code to insert a menu link to my profile. You reference sidebar block but you don't show how to actually insert it.

Please assist.
