profile field permission problem

Question: 

I am using profile permission module...Now how can i give the permission to particular field which is inputed by user at the registration but only can seen by that particular user and admin only?
Please help!!!!!!!!!!

some what...actually i want a permissin settings to a profile field say phone number which must be inputed at the time of registration and that field can only be viewed by that user and the administretor only.no other user.....
