Project Based Differentiation

Hi,

We have employees who work on different projects.

I want two kind of classifications

1. Project Specific Blog Post - Local to their Project
2. Company Specific Blog Post - Company wide

I mean an employee should see blog post of their project and company wide.

Should I use "Relationship" or "Argument" in a Views ?

Please help me in resolving this.

Well, for users to see their own blog post, use an argument User.
