Is there an easy way to remove the subject from here? I don't think there is a point having subjects when leaving comments in a profile. Is there a quick way to do this?

1. You can remove the subject

You can remove the subject line from the profile content type settings page.

But the automatic title might still show up. Unless you change this in your template.
