Quicktabs Problem

Question: 

I'm trying to organize my content with tabs, specifically I have a content wich was originally a single story but now I want to divide in 4 cathegories, I created 4 new stories,afterwards went to quicktabs , created the tabs but the problem is how to link the tabs to the stories.

This is not the way to do it.

Create a vocabulary with 4 terms (the categories). and use taxonomy menu module to generate a primary menu.
