i just wanted to know that after creating a Related Questions block, what values should we select for Arguments Term ID and Node ID when we embed this Related Question block in node template.. usually its Author ID but i guess that is not the case here ??

solved it,,

there were two little mistakes here that has to be solved,,

at filter we need to have Content Question Title no need to have a node title there..

and at the time of showing the block in panel,, for Nid Argument,, we need to give node title and Term ID we need to give top term name..

Drupal is a very pathetic son of a mother duck :)
