Section 4.3.1 of "Ultimate Community Site Guide" not matching actual GUI

Question: 

Hi,

I have installed Panels 3 with Views. But book refers to Panels alpha3 release.

May be this is the reason that the GUI Steps shown are not matching when creating a panel page.
