Can somebody help me with the section 4.3.1

It's not clear because panel has not the same url as shown on the e-book. Can you tell me the correct steps?

yes i am dorien.....

maybe am i have to go on with the next sections?

i can display the correctly profile at user/andriy for example but only if i point it. otherwise, when i click on a user i'm sent to users/andriy, that is i think the original path.
