Where is this dir - /admin/user/permissions cant find it

Hi,

I have navigated to this dir using the browser, /admin/user/permissions

but this does not seem to exist when you view the folders, how does this work?

It's not a directory. It's a path that you type in after your base URL (in IE or FireFox)
